Sandhills Gymnastics in Aberdeen has been "Providing Fit Flippin' fun Since '91"! Year after year, they put out regional, state and national competitive gymnasts. They offer a wide range of classes from toddlers up to teens and they also have a Dragon Skills Ninja Kids Class which includes gymnastics, martial arts, and free running.
Give your child the opportunity to try something unique with harp lessons from the talented Eryn Jones Fuson. Eryn has been a professional harpist for 16 years with experiences in songwriting, recording, and performing and she has been teaching lessons for 12 years. She has rental harps available and lessons are held in-studio, in-home, or online! Adult lessons are also available, no musical experience required.

The Encore Center in Southern Pines (Moore County's ONLY performing arts center) offers a full range of Dance, Theater, Music, and Art classes for all ages in one convenient location. They even have KINDERMUSIK classes for babies/toddlers, Homeschool Immersion classes, and lots of summer camp opportunities! Ballroom Dance Lessons
Carolina DanceWorks in Southern Pines loves kids and teaching them the art of Ballroom Dancing. Children ages 7+ can take part in these fun lessons. Piano & Ballet Lessons
Katie McIntire is an experienced piano teacher and ballet instructor. She offers private and group ballet lessons in the studio at Forte Fitness to teach your child strong classical ballet technique, strength & flexibility conditioning, performance ability development and ballet history & tradition. Performing Arts Classes
Seven Lakes Dance, established in 1997 proudly boasts the title of 10 Time National Champions! They offer jazz, tap, hip hop, ballet, pointe, & tumbling along with voice, piano and pageant preparation, plus competition classes for more advanced students. They strive to help each student improve their physical and emotional strength, sense of responsibility, confidence and self worth.
Group Painting Classes
Wine and Design's "Art Buzz Kids" program is a fun opportunity for kids to paint their very own masterpiece! They have hundreds of simplified images appropriate for kids of any age. Serendipity-art STUDIOS is a unique studio-to-gallery experience for children ages 7-16. It's more than paint on a canvas - your child will learn how to be an artist, including instruction, planning a gallery exhibit, and offering work for sale in the gallery and online. They offer 90-minute studio sessions where students work at their own pace and in their preferred medium. They also offer group workshops from time to time.
CrossFit 611 not only offers classes for adults, but also includes classes for kids and teens. Kids classes are for ages 3-12 and Teen classes are for ages 13-18. Children who participate in CrossFit tend to perform better in athletics, have less injuries and often show increased cognitive function. Plus, they have a lot of FUN! Southern Pines Recreation & Parks offers a variety of camps throughout the year. For school children on the traditional calendar, they offer Full Days Off School camps. Youth in grades 5K-8 have fun in beautiful Campbell House Park at the Train House Community Center. Campers enjoy games, sports, arts and crafts, free play and activities. 8am-5:30pm.
