The Healthy Kids Running Series is a national, community-based non-profit that provides a fun, inclusive, five-week running series for ages 2-14 designed to get kids active and healthy.  Races are held at the St. John Catholic School each spring and fall.

The Sandhills Lady Spartans is a girls' travel basketball program offering three teams for elementary, middle, and highschoolers.  Their motto is "Developing successful girls, athletes, and teammates."  The Lady Spartans practice at The O'Neal School.

Sandhills Optimist Club offers baseball each spring for children ages 6-12.  Fall football includes Flag Football for ages 6-8 and tackle for ages 8-10 and 11-13.

The Athletic Club of the Sandhills offers travel volleyball, the Lakers Youth Triathlon Club, girls lacrosse, recreation soccer (including the Adult League and Mini Kickers), travel soccer, multiple year-round camps and clinics, and the After School Soccer Program for Moore County students.

C35 Baseball

C35 Baseball is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, baseball & softball player development program that trains at the C35 Sports Academy in West End, NC. The mission of C35 Baseball is to help today’s youth develop and grow—both as athletes and individuals.

Carolina Dudes 

The Carolina Dudes believe that travel and showcase baseball is a broken system. Shifting the focus back on the development of the player and the game itself, they offer Travel Teams for children ages 8-13 years and Showcase Teams for children ages 14-17 years.

UPWARD is a wonderful National basketball and cheerleading program sponsored locally by Aberdeen First Baptist Church. Registration begins in August each year.
