Shine on Sports
This girls' lacrosse program's mission is to inspire, challenge, and empower girls to shine on and off the field. Their aim is to create opportunities for girls to play sports, offer excellent coaching, and develop life and leadership skills so that they leave the field better players and better people.

Southern Pines Recreation & Parks offers the following programs in in the SPRING: Youth Flag Football, Little Tykes Soccer, Summer Basketball, Youth Golf Lessons, Girls Slow Pitch Softball, Youth T-ball, Spring Coach Pitch Baseball and these programs in the FALL/WINTER: Baseball, Tennis, Lessons, Winter Youth Basketball
Carolina Football Club
Carolina Football Club is committed to offering youth as young as 5 years old the very best in developmental, competitive, and elite soccer opportunities. They seek to promote a fun, safe, and well-organized atmosphere for their youth to thrive. They also offer half and full-day summer camps for children ages 7-12.
Sandhills Patriots
The Sandhills Patriots are made up of 4 travel football teams: 8u, 10u, 12u and 14u and they offer cheerleading as well. They are committed to the development of the whole child, placing an emphasis on teaching football skills and strategy through teamwork, sportsmanship, character, and commitment.

Flyers Volleyball
Each Spring, girls ages 10-18 are invited to be a part of this fun beach volleyball team coached by the head coach and some of the top players of Sandhills Community College's team. Along with weekly trainings that span 10 weeks, the team hosts three tournaments throughout the spring.
