You and up to 300 of your friends can enjoy this unique venue. Whether it’s a private screening of your favorite movie, an anniversary or birthday party (they can show a slideshow on the big screen), a corporate seminar, or anything else you can think of, the Sunrise can accommodate you. The historic Fair Barn located in Pinehurst,  is the oldest surviving early 20th-century fair exhibition hall in North Carolina. It was built in 1917 for use at the Sandhills Fair.  Restored in 2002, The Fair Barn is now a gathering place for weddings, receptions, exhibitions, private parties, fundraisers, and other large functions.  It is truly an unforgettable, beautiful, venue!​

Are you looking for a fun, outdoor space to host your next gathering?  Southern Pines Park shelters are a great option.  With six park shelters to choose from and the Pool Park Performance stage, you can have the perfect party, reunion, wedding shower, or whatever you can think of! Some locations have charcoal grills provided.  Gas Grills brought in are allowed at some locations.​
