Disc Golf
Do you like to play disc golf? Well, you're in luck! Moore County has four courses.

Bear Creek Disc Golf
Bear Creek Disc Golf features 18 holes in Robbins. From Hwy 705; turn onto Salisbury St. at the stoplight across from Fidelity Bank in the middle of town. Go north 0.2 mile to a right (sign for Bear Creek Disc Golf) onto Water Plant Rd. Follow signs to lower parking area. If upper red gate is locked park at trail parking area and walk west down gravel road.
Hillcrest Disc Golf
Hillcrest Park in Carthage also has an 18-hole disc golf course. About half of the course is open and half is wooded. The office (open M-F, 9am-5pm) has discs for rent and maps.
Reservoir Park Disc Golf
Check out this beautiful 18-hole disc golf course located at Reservoir Park in Southern Pines. The course winds through the trees, following the edge of the lake. No trees were removed in the making of this course, so players find it quite challenging and beautiful at the same time. Click the image for a downloadable map.

Pinehurst Disc Golf
The Village of Pinehurst's disc golf course is located about 15 minutes outside of town at 861 Chicken Plant Road. It is a very wooded course with varying elevation changes.
